The hearts and minds behind Fair Reach
At Fair Reach Youth Foundation, our team is inspired by the belief that every young person in Detroit deserves the opportunity to succeed, feel supported, and reach their full potential. Guided by our core mission to Empower, Educate, Equip, and Elevate, we dedicate our time and experience to creating pathways for tomorrow's leaders.

Dedicated guidance with Rahannie Tackoor
Mentorship is the cornerstone of our mission. Rahannie Tackoor brings seven years of experience in early childhood education, offering our youth consistent encouragement, practical guidance, and valuable life experience. Through meaningful mentorship, Rahannie walks alongside each student, helping them navigate challenges, build confidence, develop resilience, and unlock their full potential. Our commitment is rooted in the belief that a young person’s circumstances do not define their future...but that opportunity, support, and perseverance can shape it.

Nurturing success with Dr. Varner
